Fresh out of seminary, Father Andrews isn't exactly what you would call an experienced priest. In fact, Andrews was supposed to preside over his first official mass on the day of the zombie outbreak, a pity, since Andrews had one hell of a sermon prepared. Preparation, you see, is one of the things that Father Andrews does best. In both college and seminar, Andrews remained at the top of his class, due to his conscientiousness and attention to deadlines. However, when it comes to making split decisions, Andrews is far below average. Too bad the zombie apocalypse caught him completely off guard.

Father Andrews isn't the most confident of people, constantly doubting his own abilities and achievements. Despite this, Andrews has a strong faith, which he relies on to counteract his own shortcomings. Andrews doesn't know how to feel about those with high self-esteem and exuberant personalities, being both drawn to and suspicious of confidence. Because of this, he can exhibit a certain level of passive-aggressiveness, a habit that he is well-aware and despairing of. He's a nice guy overall though and cares about other people's well-being.

Physically, Andrews is tall, slim, and about average in most other respects. While not unathletic, Andrews is hardly in-shape, and isn't used to strenuous exercise. When it comes to fighting, Andrews is almost totally inexperienced, being non-confrontational by nature. He does, however, hold a brown belt in Aikido, which is, quite sadly, useless against zombies. Luckily Andrews is a fairly fast runner, thanks to his long legs, and he knows the city fairly well.
